How I work

From how people work to software they can rely on.

I turn how an organisation actually works into software it can rely on: from requirements and process models to deployment and support.

  1. 01

    Understand

Interview users, walk the current process, find the real constraint.

  2. 02

    Specify

Write requirements and acceptance criteria before any code.

  3. 03

    Model

Process flows, data models and API contracts that teams can build from.

  4. 04

    Build

Develop the system: web, mobile, ERP and payment integrations.

  5. 05

    Validate

Test against the agreed criteria, with real data and real users.

  6. 06

    Deploy

Ship to production, train people, and support it after go-live.
